This was a lovely corner unit, nicely decorated, with floor to ceiling windows and great views all around. We have an adult son in a wheelchair, and the layout was open with plenty of room for his chair. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking, which made it easy to cook when we preferred staying in. We would highly recommend this unit, and would definitely stay again if we come back to Pensacola Beach!

What a beautiful setting with floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf! With a family of 7, it was very spacious and accommodating. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time together. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor is beachy and relaxing. It was close to the beach, the pool is amazing, has a gas station next door, peg leg Pete’s is walking distance and delicious, & property managers were nice and easy to contact if we needed anything. Very happy with the property.

We had a beautiful stay at this property. The property was exactly as listed. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely equipped with everything we needed. The views on all sides were spectacular! Management got back to us quickly when we had a question. Check-in was easy and the complex was very quiet. We will be back!

Amazing location, beautiful and quiet place. The terrace had ample room; six people could watch the sunset in total comfort. The unit was clean and the facility was clean as well. Hot tub was nice and hot and did not reek of chlorine. Pool was lovely. Two choices of coffee maker and the pots and pans were not low-grade as is typically the case. Better linens. Comfortable living area. Everything worked fine. Could have supplied more paper products and a supply of garbage bags but that was likely the fault of the property management company. Will rent again.

It’s probably the best place we’ve stayed so far in Pensacola! Very clean. Beautiful space and wonderful kitchen. Bedrooms were perfect and loved that each couple could have their own bathroom. The view was awesome and we could walk across to the beach! There was someone parked in our spot when we arrived but we preferred to park in the outside lot anyways. The management fixed everything with the parking. I definitely recommend this place.

This property was perfect for our family. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kids room had bunk beds which they loved and they had their own bathroom with a shower/tub in it so bath time was a breeze. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and view was beautiful. It had a wrap around balcony to take in scenery. And it was right across the street from the beach. We easily made the 1 min walk with the whole family across the street with kids and beach gear in tow with no problem.

The property was very clean and check-in was simple. The property is across the street from the beach. There is a fun bar right next door called Pet Leg Pete’s. The location is a little difficult to get to due to the interstate bridge being under construction until 2021, but if you plan on staying out in Pensacola Beach you should have no issue with the location of the property. All the appliances functioned as expected. Check-out was simple and we experienced no issues. Would definitely stay again.

We just checked out of #650 --what a great unit. Spectacular views, very clean and comfortable, close to the beach and away from most of the Pensacola Beach traffic. An added plus was that you are within walking distance of Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant. We had a great time and are already planning to come back next year.

Great unit! Had everything we needed and plenty of space. The outside balcony furniture could be updated. Most of the chairs and lounge chairs were rusting but we still enjoyed the bird of the gulf and bay.

It has all you want but is also easy to navigate - parking, entry codes, etc. This particular corner unit has a great layout, extra room, great views, nice furnishings. We loved it.

The covered parking is great! Plenty of cooking utensils. Only a few things I didn't care for. The King Size bed in the Master Suite. It's old and has a hole on one side. Need to get a new mattress! It's not the worst but still for the amount of money I paid I expect an excellent bed, not a mediocre one! Don't get me wrong, it's not the worst but the owners can do better. The other amenities make up for it. Several light bulbs were out in the unit and the oven light was out (Gotta see to cook!) and there was only one roll of toilet paper in the whole unit. We called and they came out and put bulbs in the oven lamp so not a big deal and also gave us toilet paper. Also, would be nice if there were some plastic cups. The glass is nice but for kids plastic reusable cups are better. They're also good for drunk people that fall down a lot! %^) It's a great condo, I'd definitely stay here again and if you have kids the bunk beds are great.

Loved the gorgeous views, being a cross a small street from the beach, & having a small condo partially in front of us did not stop us from having breath taking views the whole time. And crossing the street was super easy & not a far walk at all. We actually felt it was faster then walking from previous condos we have rented that were in large resorts located on the beach! Elevators were fast, the resort was just the right size, the kids loved the pool, the street was never hard to cross & beach access was close, & beach was not super crowded except on the actual 4th of July and even then was not terrible! Loved having the Tom Thumb convenient mart next door! And loved having Peg Leg Pete’s Oyster Bar next to that. We only left our little area one night, and took the free trolley to and from dinner. It was just an amazing vacation! We will definitely go back & definitely recommend!

The condo is clean and has amazing views of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Below are our pros/cons: PROS: - great location, near beach, bay, restaurants, and convenience store - nice, clean condo with beautiful views - short walk to beach - the kids loved the pool - we had everything we needed to cook serious meals for 4 nights - plenty of seating when we had extended family over for dinner - comfortable beds - spacious bathrooms CONS: - view of the Gulf is slightly obstructed by a building - hot tub wasn't working the 4 days we stayed - walk to the beach is short but bring a cart if you're carrying a lot of stuff - some kitchen drawers are broken -- don't pull too far! - loud motor sound from upstairs condo every morning!! Overall, we really, REALLY enjoyed our stay and didn't the little things bug us. The condo is beautiful and so are the views. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Pensacola Beach!

The only thing that would have been nice would have been adequate storage for beach items as you are not permitted to leave on the balcony or outside the door which meant a lot of sand got tracked in and the chairs/toys/floats took up some space.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Pensacola Beach is the perfect vacation destination for both families and groups of friends. This condo is literally steps away from some of the most beautiful water on the Gulf coast. The beach was extremely clean and well kept, and it wasn't too crowded at all. There is also a beautiful pool on the property to cool off after a long day at the beach. The condo itself is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It easily fits 8 people, perfect for two families. The wrap around deck offers amazing views of both the beach and the bay. Nearby is a great restaurant/bar called Peg Leg Pete's. There's also a gas station immediately next door if you need to grab something as well. We will definitely be back soon!

Condo is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience, and it is great for a weekend getaway or long term stay. The spacious layout allows for an easy stay with groups. The upscale interior and amenities make you feel right at home , while the panoramic balcony allows for the best views of Pensacola. Watch the sun rise on the beach and the incredible sunset on the bay side. The location is prime , being close to local favorites, secure parking, and even a free trolley stop in the front yard. Easily enjoy the beach or the quiet pool. If you're looking for seamless travel and relaxation, I definitely recommend this place.

I have stayed here twice.... WOW! The views of the beach, ocean and bay are literally breathtaking. There are huge windows and balconies everywhere, providing gorgeous panoramic views from many angles. The 180+ degree main balcony allows for perfect Sunrises AND Sunsets! The condo is huge, clean and is well appointed. The coastal style furniture and decorations are upscale and in new condition. Parking is a breeze and beach access is very near. Large and beautiful swimming pool. Elevators are big and fast with many large carts available. This part of the island is great because of the low density. The Emerald Dolphin is at the end of the high rises to the West, affording unobstructed views and less congestion on the beach. I cannot say enough great things about this place and cannot wait to go back!

This condo far exceeded my expectations, so much so that I am planning another trip for the summer time. The unit in the Emerald Dolphin is in a perfect location on the west side of the building with views of the bay, local marina, and of course the beach. The condo is always clean upon arrival and has everything needed to enjoy time with family and friends, including 3 bedroom suites (each with its own bathroom). Wrap around patio/terrace allows for relaxation with any view you desire and the floor to ceiling windows will give you breathtaking views at all times, especially sunset!! The Emerald Dolphin sits on the western side of the island and is just a short drive/bike ride to all of the shops/bars/restaurants. A local convenient store and restaurant is steps away to allow for quick trips to the grocery or restaurant/bar for drinks/dinner. I cannot say enough about my experience here and would recommend this to anyone for any occasion!
