This incredible three bedroom three and 1/2 bath property is just steps from the gulf on Pensacola Beach and has gulf views from both levels! Best time at the Beach!

Great place to spend time at the beach. Everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, garage was great for storing beach chairs, and the common space was great for everyone.

Perfect Location

Literally a few steps from the water! Tons of space, everything you could need and LOVED the garage and feel of privacy. House was within a mile of great restaurants and shopping too! (try Flounder’s chocolate cake! OMG) Communication was outstanding with property management from the moment it was booked. We will be back!

The house was very clean and had a beautiful view from all the rooms and living room. It was super easy to check in/check out. Plenty of space for cooking, relaxing, and long walks on the beach just outside. Will stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

Great townhouse. We all felt right at home. Very spacious. The view of the beach was amazing. I liked that there were 2 coffee makers depending on what you like. Included everything one would need except a hairdryer. If there was one, I never saw it. The furniture was a little out dated- mattresses should probably be changed soon and the pillows on the couch should probably be cleaned but other than that, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, spacious, and well-appointed condo. So bright and airy! The photos accurately conveyed what we found on arrival and the layout was perfect for our group of six who ranged in age from 14 to 84. The fact that each bedroom has its own bath really simplified our schedule (there's also a half-bath on the main floor, which is convenient). The boardwalk makes for an easy stroll to the beach and we appreciated that there was an ample stock of beach chairs in the garage. Plenty of kitchen supplies, too, which is wonderful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone. (Oh, and it's also less than a mile from Peg Leg Pete's, which is handy!)

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portside Villas. Despite the wind and rain of Hurricane Ida, we still found time to get to the beach. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The proximity to shops, food, and activities was great. Nothing negative at all to say about this place. Highly recommended.

Better than I had imagined

If we come to Pensacola again…we will always stay here! The only thing that was difficult for me was the app had conflicting information. I wanted to make sure that when we left everything was right but received different instructions on what to do. Other than that…it was literally PERFECT!

Great Week!

This was my first time renting from your company though we have been coming to P’cola and staying in Portside Villas for many years. The check in was seamless and the convenience of electronic locks was awesome. The property was clean and well maintained but could use some new kitchen essentials like baking pans, mixing bowls and knives. The coffee make was not in good shape and I ended up purchasing an inexpensive one and “donated” it to the property. Overall a great week and will use your company again!

Perfect for families!

This was our first stay at the Portside Villas, and the location and condo was perfect for families with small children. The walk to the beach was short and the downstairs garage and deck stored all of the wet and sandy beach supplies. The condo was great too, with plenty of space and beautiful. Two decks provide views of the beach. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 young children, and we all had a great time. The kids had a blast at the pool, and it was only a short walk to the beach....perfect when you are trying to carry kids and beach gear! The home was clean and well stocked with all of the supplies we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. The whole process was super easy! My only "complaint" was that the master bedroom only had sheer curtains...beautiful for beach views during daytime, but kinda left me feeling exposed at night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

The neighbors were quite nice as well. We really enjoyed the balconies and deck area. My only suggestion would be more parking areas. The manager on duty had us move our cars to the outside gate, but neglected to ask other occupants to move theirs, making it very difficult to maneuver in and around the drive area. Other than that, the stay was exceptional and we plan to book the exact condo for our stay next summer!

It's in walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's which we love. Only 2 miles from the boardwalk too. My sister lives close to Pensacola and I had her over so she could see it and she loved it. She will definitely recommend this place for future guests. Absolutely no complaints. We were in town for a wedding so we were only there for 4 nights. Would love to come back for a week when it's a little warmer and be able to make more use of the beach and use the pool. Thank you again, it was a great time!

Portside Villas - A Great Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year staying at Portside Villas Unit 13. We love this place! The 3B/3.5Bath unit is perfect for our family. A big kitchen/dining area and spacious living area are well designed for a large family. We love, love, love the location on Ft. Pickens Road. This rental has easy beach access and is NOT CROWDED! We had space on the beach to ourselves, right at the end of the walkway. We could leave our awnings (remove the cover when leaving to avoid it blowing off!) and chairs and toys on the beach the whole week! The complex has a pool too! We love jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach. Perfect! If you are looking for a quiet area, with no crowds - this is the place for you! A Walmart Market is located 10 minutes away for food shopping. It is new and was never crowded. Do you see a theme here? Our family wants to go to the beach and avoid crowds of so many other areas. This rental gives us that. We will be back next year for a 5th time!

Our only complaint is that the unit advertised bicycles in the listing, but none of them were fully functional.

Family girls week

The location was great and the house itself was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, Clean and Spacious Property on Quiet Part of Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints! There was a problem with upstairs water heater setting, but it was taken care of immediately. We couldn't get internet password to work at first, and call was answered at 10 p.m. to help us. Kitchen is very well stocked. There are bicycles, chairs and water toys in the garage. Quiet part of beach but very close to restaurants and other attractions. Definitely recommended!
