Absolutely LOVE this place! Felt right at home, very spacious, all the room had balconies, back patio was amazing to kick back and relax after a day beach. Both Pools were very accessible and clean. The outdoor shower was very convenient to rinse sands off. Would definitely consider booking again and again this same property for sure.

Great Place; Great Location

We were very impressed with this location. It was much closer to the beach than we had realized - literally just a few steps out the door to the walkway. The place was nice, clean and perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. We liked that it was not as crowded and congested as near central Pensacola Beach. Another win. Our only complaint would be that they provided only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent pods, and about 1 roll of TP per bathroom - only enough for about 2 days. If you stay longer than a couple days (like everyone does), you'll need to provide those items yourself, which is strange in a hospitality situation such as this one. It makes an otherwise good location feel cheap. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the location.

My family had a great time! The property was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Plus, it was only a short was to the beach. When the air conditioning happened to go out upstairs, I didn’t have to call anyone because our host was already on it. They noticed remotely that the thermostat wasn’t at a comfortable temperature and sent out a service person to fix it immediately. I was very impressed with the proactive service we received. We would definitely book with them again!

Overall this was definitely a best bang for your buck. Our family was very happy with it. Location was perfect and it was very clean! We were seconds from the beach and we loved the gated area. My one complaint which sounds silly is the garage key pad. You have to input the code multiple times before it will work. Definitely something that is an easy fix.

Very nice place just steps from the beach. Very clean. There was some place in the listing or instructions that you had to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo but it had all of that! Just had to bring laundry detergent if you wanted to use the washer. Would stay again!

Fabulous

We enjoyed this updated, clean condo super close to the beach!! The outside of the entire complex is a little tired, but the inside was great. The extra chairs, beach cart, and sand bucket in the garage were a great bonus to what we brought. The location was perfect- a short walk for two in our party who needed that!
