Snowbird Season runs November through February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternative date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
*At this time, the onsite laundry facility is not available. We recommend using the Island Beach Laundromat, located at 37 Via De Luna Drive. They are open 7 days a week, from 6am until 12 midnight.*

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
