Always a pleasure

this is the second time I've stayed in this unit and it doesn't disappoint. I love it here. Not only is it nicely decorated and updated, but it feels at home. I will continue to rent this unit if it's available when we come down next time. :-)

Great beautiful place to stay in Pensacola Beach on the quiet end of the island. Great view of the beach from the balcony and close enough to hear the waves crash at night. Condo was very clean. Owner even had beach chairs, umbrellas and sand buckets and toys for kids. No beach towels as shown in the photos, so plan to bring your own or purchase there. Otherwise, it had all amenities we needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The beach itself was beautiful and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend and most likely stay here again.

This property is a great location, Close to everything but not too close. Right across the street from Pg Leg Pete's! It is very reasonably priced, clean and well stocked- For supplies to cook and serve & with salt and pepper. No other condiments, a bit of coffee. But they tell you that up front. I was very happy with this stay!

We’ll be back!

The condo is clean comfortable. Even the porch furniture is far more comfortable than you’d think from the photos. We brought our 4 kids who shared the 2 full beds and they were all happy too. Loved having the gas station across the street and the pool was great too.

10 year anniversary

Check in was a door code. Peg leg Pete’s is right across the street! The beach is right in front of the condo where we renewed our vows. So fun.

Perfect staycation destination.
It was a fantastic experience, thanks for hosting us so well. The view from the balcony is amazing. We will be definitely visiting this place again. They already have lots of beach stuff in the bedroom closets, eg- umbrella, frisby, buckets, etc. The description and pictures are accurate. Even if the apartment is exactly in front of sea, we don't hear any sound once we lock the balcony door. TVs in every room so you can chill individually if you want to. In unit dryer-washer facility is useful.

Perfect Gulf Beach View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is super clean and updated. Nice furniture throughout. The new white leather recliners in the living space were fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Balcony furniture could use an upgrade. The keyless entry is nice feature! They have some chic-fiction books that I enjoyed and they gave us a super sweet welcome gift of sun screen and water bottles which were very much appreciated and used up. The pool is clean and inviting. Bring ear plugs just in case as we suffered through a loud music party next door. I finally called the PBP at around 4 AM to seek help and was told they didn't manage that one so we had to call the police. On the bright side, I got to see the sunrise since I was already awake. The rest of our nights were just fine though, and the fantastic view of the beach and ocean kind of melted that all away :) I would stay here again - it certainly wasn't the owner's fault in any way - And I've stayed in 4 other units at Sans Souci over the years. This one was the most updated.

Could not get closer to the beach! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Nice little grocery store and a great restaurant right across the street. So glad we made the trip before the pandemic. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

We've stayed at the Sans Souci property before. We enjoy its proximity to the beach (right out the door) and to Peg Leg Pete's across the street. We'd stay there again without any reservations. And Pensacola Beach Properties was easy to work with. Almost too easy. :)
