Birthday getaway
Had a great time at Sans Souci as usual. Keypad battery went dead one night after we were in another condo visiting friends. Called the after hour number. The girl that answered was super nice and had someone come asap to change the battery so we could get back in our condo. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be back!- Posted: 1/30/2023

Great Condo
Condo was great. We’ve stayed here several times now as well as property management. Had a small maintenance issue and it was resolved super quick. Only complaint is all the fees VRBO charges. Increased our stay by a lot which is insane. Otherwise, great trip.- Posted: 10/7/2022

Family friendly Beach location
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo had a perfect view and was on the second floor which was perfect for us since we have small kids. The condo is clean and well taken care of. The furniture was newer and very comfortable including the beds and mattresses. Really enjoyed the patio furniture on the balcony and the ocean view from all the rooms. Easy access to the beach and parking spot all made it a great vacation. The little touches really put it over the top: these included bbq tools to use with the bbq downstairs, coffee filters and some kids beach toys and games which we loved playing while waiting for the rain to stop on a couple of days. Can't wait to come back!
It was absolutely fantastic! This is the third time we have stayed at San Souci, the first time in unit 209. The property is in a great location and well maintained. There was some work going on due to Sally, but nothing major. Unit 209 is updated and I have loved all of the units I've stayed in this is my favorite. I love that you can see the beach and the pool from this corner unit. It's a good thing for those with teenagers that like to hang out at the pool in the evenings because you can do a quick check-in on them. The kitchen is well stocked and the main bedroom is huge and has a pull-out couch. The living room has a pull-out couch as well so there is plenty of room for sleeping. The decor is very nice and is a great home away from home. I highly recommend making your reservation and can't wait to go back!- Posted: 7/1/2021

PCB short stay
The property exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean considering our concern for covid-19. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were up to date. The washer and dryer were an additional benefit. There were chairs and beach toys for children. There was a great view from the balcony and you could see the gulf from each of the bedrooms. Being a six story building we did not have to wait for elevators. A short walk (200') and you are on the beach. Two areas of concern management needs to address are the faulty dimmer switch for the dining room light and the absence of a cable box for the living room tv, neither of which lessoned our enjoyable family experience. Both bedrooms have ocean views and pool view too. LOVE the no smoking policy anywhere on the property including the private balconies, hallways, etc. Someone left something disgusting in one of the elevators and housekeeping had it cleaned up by the next morning. They were really on top of it and the pool and grounds were very clean and nice. So convenient to our favorite restaurant right across the street - Peg Leg Pete's. You can walk right over there and skip the always crowded parking lot. For anything else you need, Tom Thumb is also across the street. This is our 2nd time at Sans Souci. It's the best!! Beautiful Quiet Beach and Spacious Rooms!!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late, but they made arrangements for easy pick-up of the keys! This is a corner unit, so the 2 large bedrooms had beautiful views of the beach as well as the pool!Everything just as pictured! We used to live in this area, so we really appreciated how quiet and spacious the beach is at this condo. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals at home and some items we thought we would need to purchase, were actually still in room from previous renters (ie: saran and ziploc bags, etc..). The master bedroom also has a convenient desk and the room was HUGE!! The only issue I had was that the closet shelf marked for "sofa bed sheets", was actually just water-proof pieces for bed-wetters, and not sheets to make the bed. I found some flat sheets in a bag to make up the sofa beds for my 2 young adult boys. Having one of the sofa beds in the master bedroom would be perfect for someone with toddlers, younger children.- Posted: 4/20/2017

Well kept. I found a few little things that were odd, but nothing major at all. Everything was in place, all towels, dishes, everything clean and ready to be used. Very impressed. Very please! Would stay here again!
The condo was clean and perfect for a week on the beach. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The deck overlooking the gulf provided a relaxing place to hang out and listen to the waves. I love the ocean and swimming in the ocean, so having a pool has not been overly important when staying on the beach, but the pool and hot tub were also a nice extra. The convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's across the road provided added convenience. Although I have been to Pensacola Beach many times, I had never been to Fort Pickens, we enjoyed exploring the Fort, which is only a few miles down the road.- Posted: 11/18/2015

Nice Condo at San Soucie

Unit 209 is very nice with two king size beds that are very comfortable. Has three large TV's that all worked well. Kitchen well stocked but ice maker was not working. Easy enough to buy bag ice across the street. Also drawers in 2nd bedroom are broken and cant be used. Could have been cleaned a little better, but realize there isn't much time in between check out and check in. Instead of relying on guests to wash towels, using a linen service may be a better option. Great view from balcony and pool very nice. Nice family oriented complex. One suggestion.....would be nice to have a full size mirror behind a door. They were attached to back of closet walls and hard to see.- Posted: 6/13/2015

We shared the unit with another couple and their two children. So all together we had four adults and four children, We all fit very well and were very pleased with the unit. The beach is only steps away and the pool was great too. Peg Leg Petes right across the street was very good too. We also liked the covered garage parking spot. Unit 209 was nicely updated and decorated. The drawers on the armoire in the second bedroom were not the best and the armoire could stand to be replaced, very minor issue. Very large and modern refrigerator. The view may be the best thing about this property. Can see the pool as well as a great view of the Gulf. Enjoyed watching dolphins play one afternoon. Appreciated the convenience of having Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb convenience store right across the street. But didn't notice any unwanted noise coming from the street or restaurant. The unite is on the west side corner with a beautiful view, no building next door! With the weather in the low 80's during the day, we were able to sit out on the balcony and the windows wide open. The weather was great all week with just a few rain showers that cleared up quickly. The beach was awesome, not too crowded and we could leave our beach supplies out without worry. The beach was family oriented which suited us just fine. Having the pool was also great! Many restaurants and gift shops within a short walking or driving distance was good.
