The property is in a great location. Far enough from the main beach but close enough to be near to all the restaurants.

exactly what we needed for our short trip. easy walk to the beach with my 6 year old and all of our gear. great response from rental company. Peg Leg Pete's is a must, especially for those with gluten allergies.

I loved the space and the balcony. Much more accommodating for a family than a hotel room and more enjoyable to spend time in. The balcony was a fun hang out spot for any time really but I enjoyed some alone time with some great views of the bay side with my iced coffee in the mornings! Plenty of sitting area for us and our friends who came over to visit in the living and dining room as well! We had everything we needed as far as bathroom and kitchen needs there at the condo. We did end up needing more toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags with a family of 3 and 5 night stay. Might get some spray cleaner for the counter tops and utilities! It was about a 5 min walk to the beach which was long for how hot it was and pulling a wagon with all our beach stuff but we made it through. There are plenty of parking spots by the beach access walk ways so driving is definitely an option. Publix was the grocery store we used which is on the other side of the toll bridge and about 10 mins from the condo. Lastly it was about a 1-2 min drive depending on traffic to all the restaurants and shopping area which was super nice as well!

The condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, spacious and offers a great atmosphere. Should the opportunity present itself I’ll definitely try booking the same property.

The condo was very clean and inviting. Truly felt like home. It would have been nice to have access to the owners covered parking. Because of the heavy rains the parking lots were flooded. This will not keep us from renting this unit again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Best Bay View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute little condo was clean and comfortable, but the absolute best part was the balcony and the bay view! It was peaceful and so quiet that we could hear people talking on the dock. It was a perfect spot for long weekend getaway.
