Our stay in Pensacola was very pleasant and our air bnb was great. The pictures were very accurate and the location was great. Overall a great place to stay if you’re visiting Pensacola Beach.

Pics were as described. Walked to the beach across the street and there was a nice path for walking which we took advantage of everyday. Great view of the water from the 6th floor. Wouldn't hesitate to stay. Was extremely impressed with Pensacola Beach Property and their communication. They were quick to respond when they found out the elevator was going to be fixed the day we were supposed to arrive, and they wanted to ask if we were going to need anything. Thought that was very nice of them.

The property management staff was quick to respond and quick to take care of any problems and very friendly! We had an issue with the shower knob it wouldn’t shift off, it was New Year’s Eve, the staff was able to torn off water and get a plumber there on New Year’s Eve to fix the problem they worked diligently on the issue. Great location and view very quiet and peaceful. master bed was very comfortable, kitchen stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Only thing I recommend is replacing the couch its dingy colored and older style. Overall I recommend this place!

The location is great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need for a stay. I stayed for 4 days and only saw one person on the elevator. It’s peaceful and quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach. Convenient store right next to it. Great place to stay

This location was perfect in relation to nearby attractions and the beach. The condo was newly renovated and very homey. It had everything we needed to have a vacation at the beach with minimal need to go out to eat every meal.

The balcony overlooking the bay was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short. There is ample parking if you need to unload a lot of beach things. The area was nice, with a lot to do. A wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and quiet. We only had one issue with the shower, it flooded the bathroom due to the shower curtain not being long enough nor staying in place so I did Slip on the wet floor. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond and offer assistance. We would def come back. And the elevators worked the entire time!

We didn’t eat I did not know y’all had continental breakfast but that might’ve been my fault Being woke up about 7 o’clock in the morning to the roofers also not having any water for a whole dayAlso the shower curtain in the bathroom the bottom of it was very dirty

The condo was exactly as pictured, and was really nice and clean. I had a couple of questions during my stay, and management was very quick to respond. The pool was very nice, and just a short walk from the condo. The washer and dryer was so convenient - it was so nice, taking home clean clothes! The kitchen was really updated nicely, and that sink - nice, large and pretty! Now for the less-than-perfect aspects. I had read about the elevator not working in reviews, and had hoped it was hoping it was a "last year" issue. It wasn't. The elevator stopped working twice. Once was at the end of our first day there, and we had to climb the stairs to the sixth floor, which wasn't the end of the world, but when it feels like it's 150° outside and you've had a few cocktails, it seems like it is. Someone had already called for its repair, and it was working the next morning. Another issue was the shower curtain. It seems like such a minor issue, but it literally adheres to half of your body as you're trying to shower. I ended up pinning both ends to the bathroom wall, just so I could take a shower. Parking - there weren't enough spaces when I got there, even in the general parking areas, so I made my own. During the week, however, the spaces freed up. One thing I'd like to add, just FYI, is the refrigerator was nice and new, but the ice maker wasn't connected. Whatever ice you use while in the condo has to come from a bag you buy. Overall, it was a nice stay, and if the elevator and shower curtain issues were resolved, it would be a perfect stay.

We took a trip to Pensacola Beach as a way to celebrate the final days we had together as just the two of us before our family expanded. The place was perfect and what we wanted. We loved being able to look out the back and see the water and sunrise and sunset, and we were really happy with the location being close to a restaurant and being a short walk to the beach on the other side. We highly recommend taking time to go out to see the national park on the west side of the island, which had beautiful, white beaches and hardly any people as well as visiting the fort. The beaches were beautiful and it was a lovely little detail that we don't think many people took advantage of when they stayed. The only downside to the trip was the traffic, but just make sure to take that into consideration when you're planning to drive anywhere in the morning or night!

Great location right on the bay and minutes from the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was huge. Only downside is distance from majority of the restaurants on the island, but there is a trolley stop right out front. Having peg leg Pete's right next door was very nice.

What a gorgeous little condo this is! A fabulous remodel - what an amazing job! I felt like I was at home. Here are some things I hope are helpful if you decide to stay at this fabulous condo - - Make sure you get the building, floor and room number at check-in. - Parking under the building is for owners, not guests. - There is every kitchen utensil, pot & pan you could ever need...and plenty of paper products for 5 days. (2 adults) - Check the lower corner cabinet, to the left of the sink, for pots and pans. - Bring a few large trash bags with you. The trash can in the kitchen is tiny. - The large dumpster is located conveniently downstairs to the left of the building . - The shower sprays hard, which I love! But just bring flip-flips in with you to hold the curtain down - no big deal. - The hot water in the shower doesn’t last long at all. Be prepared to do a sprint - in and out! - For all you hot-sleepers, there is an oscillating fan in the bedroom closet. We found it while packing to go home. Lol - Beautiful views and a short walk...or even shorter drive to the beach. - You are right next door to Peg Leg Pete’s and Tom Thumb and can walk! Convenient to everything! - On check-out day, check other floors for empty carts. People will just leave them sitting in the the hallways. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we want to come back soon!

The condo is updated and gorgeous. The large balcony served us well every morning and every evening. It is walking distance to the gulf, the bay, and Peg Leg Pete’s! The large pool with all of the amenities is an added bonus.

This was my our first time in Pensacola, and my husband and I were extremely satisfied with this condo. The bed and couch were comfortable, and over all it was a very clean condo. We loved that the balcony had a view of the bay. To us, it was prettier than looking at the ocean. The pool was very clean and low key. The walk to the ocean truly was SHORT. We ended up getting tired and just drove and parked instead, but so worth it. It wasn't crowded at all. We plan to come back! My only recommendations are to label the light switches in the kitchen. It took us the entire trip to figure it out since there were so many. Also, adding normal blinds in the bedroom would be helpful. Because the windows are right next to the walkway, it was hard to change/get ready with the blinds down because it was so dark in there. Also, a ceiling fan or over head light would have been nice as well since the light switch only controlled the lamps. Those were truly our only "wishes" and honestly those aren't complaints! Everything was wonderful and we will be back! Thank you again!!!!

Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset from the deck.(yes we saw both in the same day!). Nice , quiet and peaceful. Centrally located. Needs a reading lamp in the living room area. Other than that, we highly recommend!
