Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels. Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

This property was just as described with a perfect view of the gulf only a short walk from the condo. It was clean, had a very well stocked kitchen, and the neighbors were extremely friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location

Although we had to cut our vacation short and leave early, this beach condo was just as described and well stocked with the necessary amenities. The view from the balcony is awesome and it was enjoyable having morning coffee searching for dolphins! Thanks for letting us share this piece of paradise.

Great location and view

Great view and sounds from the balcony! Easy access to lightly populated area of the beach. Also very good starting point for bike riding. Nice to have Peg Legs and a well stocked convenience store right across the street. Did not need to get in the vehicle for the entire time! Comfortable living inside as well with a very nice shower and well appointed kitchen. Parking is very tight and limited particularly for larger vehicles on the property but it all worked out. My brother and I had a great time here!

This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple. It’s on the third floor so the balcony has amazing views of the beach and also super easy access. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything is described as listed. Beautiful ocean on one side and bay on other. Peaceful place. We got to chat with some of the locals that lived there. One was a sweet lady who was about 92. She told me that her and her husband built the place. The parking is very very very small, which was not a problem for our car but for a truck you may have a problem getting block in. Bed was very comfy. We loved our time at this location. We hope to rent again in the future. If I can give a 10 I would.

Great Stay!

This was our second time to stay here and as the first stay, it was flawless. Check-in was easy, the condo immaculate and the location without a doubt - the best. The management made sure we had everything we needed, which we did. It was an amazing stay from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for a couple

This condo is right on the beach. Great views of the ocean from the living room and balcony and views of the bay from the bedroom and front landing. An elevator with cart to help haul the luggage up to the 3rd floor. Stairs for when you want the exercise. The condo was very clean. Beachy decor but not cheesy. Warm and inviting. The property managers were very easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Neighbors are very friendly. The garage isn’t available to park in. But that wasn’t an issue for us. We will definitely be staying in this condo again. It was perfect for us.

Fall break

Right on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the gulf. Close to amenities. A lot of updates in this unit. Pensacola Beach is now our favorite place to go on the panhandle - not as crowded as so many other places. Very enjoyable!

This was such a nice unit! The communication with Pensacola Beach Properties was excellent-whether thru text, email, of phone, they were friendly, fast, and efficient. This unit is on the end by the elevator and the beach access. The balcony was huge with fantastic views. The parking is really tight but it's because it's a small parking lot because the unit is between the road and the beach..and so close to the beach! We didn't have to trek a mile through the sand dunes to be on the beach. They don't have the notorious beach chairs and umbrellas set up in a line, so unobstructed views. We don't mind bringing our own chairs, etc. We definitely hope to stay in the same unit on out next trip to Pensacola. 5 Stars for us!!

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay at Seahorse R - the condo has a great layout, open living area and kitchen, comfy bed and huge balcony. We had everything we needed and the best view of the beach! It's off the beaten path which is just what we wanted. Great restaurant within easy walking distance made it a perfect getaway. Property management was really some of the best I've ever encountered and went beyond to help us have an amazing stay. Can't wait to come back!

This property was gorgeous! It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony on one side and a beautiful view of the bay on the other side from the front balcony. The bed was so comfortable! The kitchen was perfect to cook in. We would definitely come back to this condo!

It’s a great place to stay for a beach goer with a desire for the ocean and fun in the sun with the location directly on the sand just walk out back and you are next to the water.
