Starboard Village 411

This condo unit has 3 bedrooms with king sized beds AND 3 full bathrooms! It also included 2 designated parking spots, 1 in a garage and the other right at the entrance to the condo. Perfect location to the east of where Hwy 399 crosses over to Pensacola Beach. This side has less traffic. Access to the beach is directly out of the front door. 2 balancies, both look directly at the beach. I will certainly book this condo again!

We had 3 adults and 2 children for this weekend trip. We were very pleased with the beautiful home with its 3 bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. Full-sized stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Large double sink in kitchen. The balcony outside of the living room was just perfect to see the beach and hear the waves. Also, a beautiful balcony with maybe an even better view of the beach off the master bedroom. Full-sized, newer washer and dryer in unit. Smart TVs in every bedroom and in living room. Good Wifi in unit. Super nice to have garage parking space underneath the house plus one reserved space in the parking lot directly beside the unit. Overall very pleased. We will be back.

There were 2 couples and my mother staying and we were all very happy to have our own bathrooms. Also balcony plus easy beach access across the boardwalk. On the day we were supposed to check out the offered us and extra day for a minimal price since they didn’t have another renter that day and we stayed an extra day. Lovely time, thanks!

This unit was everything we’d hoped it be. More than enough room for three adult couples. Pensacola Beach Properties went above and beyond checking in on us to make sure our stay was great. Actual steps to the beach was our favorite. Will use them in the future again.

You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. You literally walk out the door and the beach is right there. Wonderful! The unit was clean and well stocked. The property managers were very responsive and friendly. I would recommend renting a car if you’re not there when the trolley is operating. Apparently, the trolley only runs during the summer. We had a hard time getting an Uber during spring break. Overall it’s a fantastic find!

The condo was clean and the beds were super comfy! We didn’t have any issues to call on the staff for but I’d be willing to bet they would be helpful.
The location was the best part, just a few steps out of the room and you’re on the walkover straight to the beach! The pool area was nice with crystal clear water.
Though we wish we could’ve stayed longer we had the best couple days, we can’t wait to return and next time for longer!

Very comfy beds. Well resourced kitchen. Clean and updated bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer. While the balconies are behind sand dunes, you can see the Gulf beyond. The pool was immaculate and lovely. We will be planning to come back to 411 Starboard Village! Pensacola Beach Properties staff were a pleasure to work with. When we encountered a problem with the unit we had originally booked, they found us this great vacation home without any hesitation.

Other than that is was very comfortable. Beds were good. TV and DVR in every room. Wonderful stay Rental agency was very responsive to the couple items we had to call on. WIFI was the best, super fast and worked even on balcony sitting outside. Sofas had seen better days. Kitchen had all amenities including crockpot. Parking easy but this was in off season. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time and I am certain it wouldn't have been as perfect if we hadn't chosen to stay in this condo. The location is RIGHT on the water - you literally walk down the steps to the boardwalk. We also lucked out and go the bedroom with the balcony overlooking the water. The beach is also private which we really appreciated over the weekend when the public beaches were packed. The condo was in perfect condition and was pretty baby proofed - we didn't have to worry about much. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pans and utensils and having a dishwasher was an extra bonus. As for places nearby, Peg Leg Pete's was a short walk away and the food was great. We had two toddlers with us, and the play area was great while we waited for our table. There was also a little convenience store down the road, Tom's that was open late and good for last minute things. We stopped on our drive in to get necessities before doing a big food shop the next day at Publix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If we ever travel to Pensacola again I will be looking for this condo!

The property has 2 parking spots, one enclosed garage and one open assigned parking. The unit overlooks the beach and has 2 balconies. Nicely stocked. There were 6 of us (all adults) so it was nice to find a 3 bedroom rental with 3 king sized beds and 3 full bathrooms. Made getting ready easy. Within walking distance of Peg Leg Petes, ate there 4 times during our 3 day stay. The unit had been equipped with AT&T Uverse within a few days of our arrival, the system had to be re-set frequently - only a problem if you want to watch tv, but you are at the beach, you don't need TV.

Garage parking and storage for beach chairs and other beach items was very conveniant. Very short drive to central Pcola Beach boarwalk and pier area. Very short drive/walk to conveniance store for all your beach going needs. Absolutey money well spent for a week long visit for my wife and 3 daughters. Bedroom setups were perfect especially with each having it's own bathroom. Lots of space throughout for everyone to spreadout. Already looking forward to our next beach escape!

FYI parking does not allow for more than 2 cars so make plans accordingly. Also, there are nearby places to eat but it is a little far to walk to the main shopping/eating areas. On busy weekends, traffic is crazy for driving and parking so having bikes would be great.
