Starboard Village 412

This place has the most comfortable furniture of any rental I've ever stayed in. The beds were great too. Even the porch furniture is top notch. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. I didn't have any communication with the owner bc there was no need for it. This is a great unit. We'll be back!

Family enjoyed our stay very much. First beach vacation together for my entire family- 5 adults and 3 children (my grandchildren).

We LOVE Pensacola so much that we bought a house in Gulf Breeze 8 years ago.I have not needed a rental in quite some time, but due to a Big 50th Birthday weekend for a Family member ,We were forced to seek a property to accommodate the overflow......WOW!!! What a PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! We couldn't have been more pleased! Clean,roomy,convenient and just exactly what we were hoping for! Would rent it again next week!!!

We like Pensacola Beach way above anywhere else because it is less people and less traffic (with the two national seashores to the east and west) it is sort of locked in to how big it can be. We especially love the west end of PB and working with Pensacola Beach Properties. WE LOVE STARBOARD VILLAGE. Unit 412 is just perfect. We love that it is not a million stories high; therefore the people on the beach is much fewer than beaches with so many high rise condos. IT'S PERFECT. The unit is great. The pool is simple, but our grandchildren say they don't care. They like being so close to the waters edge. You can't go wrong picking Starboard Village Unit 412.

Great experience, the unit was in the perfect spot right overlooking the pool so kids could swim while we sat on the balcony. The closest walk to the beach than any condo we’ve ever stayed. Will definitely stay here again!

I KNOW...most people would complain. We like the simple because it is more family friendly and doesn't encourage abuse by kids and drunken folks hanging out. We love that they have a tv and dvd player in each room. A complaint is no pantry. If one stays a week, one needs a place to put stuff. IT IS SO FULLY EQUIPPED, but I think it is time for the owners to pull out every single thing and look and say....."Ok we have enough mixing bowls to run a small let's take these home....and we have 4 of these"....a wee bit of space could be made for food. IT IS A OK there is no garbage disposal. The trash bin is close and it encourages people to respect the plumbing. IT IS just right for us. The pool "keeper" was very thorough each morning hosing off chairs and anything someone might have sweated on or dropped food on.

However one should note, you can see the water but the sand dune blocks the view of beach from the unit as reflected in picture and there are 2 parking spots for 412, and one guest spot for the entire complex. So 3 bedrooms having 3 cars can be difficult unless you park outside the unit on the street.

Having lost a son a few weeks ago, we were able to come together as a family at the condo and spend some quiet time with the smaller children who had lost their daddy. The condo was extremely nice and clean with enough supplies to start with. We were able to attend a granddaughter's event for cheer competition and with the beach right outside our door we were able to have quiet, meditation time. This condo deserves more than 5 stars for the décor, the comfort of the furniture and especially the cleanliness of the entire property.

The unobstructed views from the balconies are gorgeous and the beach is very close. The unit itself is located farther away from high rises, which allows for plenty of space on the beach. It's also within walking distance to our favorite Pensacola Beach restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's. This is our second stay at this condo, and it won't be the last.

Plenty of space in the unit and in good condition overall. WiFi was a bit spotty in places, but everything else worked well including AC. Also note that the cable service is not very comprehensive, had the locals in HD and some national networks, but limited HD for those. Frankly if you're at the beach you're not watching much TV so I didn't see it as a big issue, but worth noting. Hard to beat the location right on the beach although some folks might find the balcony being so close to the pool area / sand rinse station to be a bit off putting. Didn't bother us at all though. There are beach supplies in an unlocked bin in the garage of unit including umbrellas, one chair, boogie boards and sand castle construction supplies so don't buy anything like that without checking the bin first. Overall would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach vacation.

Plenty of room and we appreciated that each bedroom had a private bath. The view of the Gulf was beautiful and we all enjoyed playing in the surf and walking on the beach. Our eight year old grand daughter came rushing in one morning to exclaim that "Today was the most incredible day of her life" because a fever of stingrays was swimming along the shore and she was able to run along side them. It can't get much better than that. A wonderful weekend. My only caveat would be that all of the units in this building have steep stairs to reach them. It could be a problem for older people or anyone who would have difficulties pulling a suitcase or groceries up a few flights of stairs.

One got up early every day and drove to the Gulf Breeze gym to work out. Just take your condo key and that is part of your package with no extra cost. The pool was just outside our door which I was concerned might be noisy, but it was not. The gulf was outside our door with a short walk. Excellent place to stay.

We were a 4 generation family staying and only issue was one of the bedroom tv's didn't work. Also would have been nice to had a hand mixer as we cooked alot in the condo. And maybe to provide a toll pass so we didn't have to pay everytime we went into town, which we had to do for groceries, Starbucks, the zoo, etc..Another suggestion for the complex is to put a public grill down by the pool area! Regardless, we truly lived our time there and look forward to coming back and staying again!!!

The furnishings were lovely, the kitchen well-equipped, everything tidy and clean, and most of all it was wonderful to have the gorgeous beach views from the unit, coffee on the balcony, and out-the-door access to walking on the beach morning, noon, and night! Also the staff in the rental office were excellent. Great dinners at home and a fabulous meal at Flounders one night out.
